Ron Bader

Executive VP & Chief Investment Officer

Since joining Hexagon in 2001, Ron Bader has invested in and managed a diverse portfolio of private equity funds, direct private placements and real estate projects. He is responsible for all facets of the investment process, including origination, underwriting and ongoing portfolio and relationship management. 

Prior to joining Hexagon, Mr. Bader worked for Park Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banker. He also previously served as a Business Banker at Firstar Bank and as a Branch Manager at ITT Financial Services. 

Ron Bader holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an M.B.A. from Marquette University. 

Active in the Milwaukee community, Mr. Bader is a respected civic and business leader who holds a variety of investment advisory, observer and board positions.
