Scott Reiman is one of Denver's most respected business and civic leaders. He founded Hexagon in 1992 and has established it as an elite private investment company specializing in direct investments, energy and minerals, private equity funds and real estate. Under Reiman's leadership, Hexagon has grown from a company of two to a large and diverse team of investment professionals.

Scott Reiman oversees the entire Hexagon operation, which includes offices in Denver and Milwaukee. Among hundreds of successful ventures, Mr. Reiman has played a pivotal role in many domestic and international projects, as well as some of the country's most recognizable developments and historic renovations. 

Business Expertise

Scott Reiman's leadership has put himself and Hexagon at the financial epicenter of many significant real estate projects throughout the U.S. Among some of the more high profile are Denver’s Larimer Square and Palace Lofts, Milwaukee’s 1522 on the Lake and numerous other residential, commercial and hospitality developments. He also led the firm’s development of a diverse portfolio of private equity placements and direct investments in a wide range of industries and asset classes. 

As one of Colorado's foremost business leaders, Scott Reiman is a founding sponsor of Denver's premier leadership organization, the Quarterly Forum (now known as CiviCO) and serves on the board of FourPoint Energy. As a result of several projects that have shaped the city’s identity, Mr. Reiman and Hexagon were honored in 1998 with the Downtown Denver Partnership’s 38th Annual Award. 

Scott Reiman's Civic Involvement

Scott Reiman is a former University of Denver Trustee and the Reiman School of Finance within the university's Daniels College of Business is named in his honor. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Denver and received the university’s Ammi Hyde Award for Recent Graduate Achievement in 2000. 

Scott Reiman is a committed civic leader in Colorado with a long history of charitable involvement. He currently serves on the boards of ACE Scholarships (Trustee), the Denver Art Museum and Graland Country Day School. He also serves as the managing director of the Reiman Foundation, Hexagon’s non-profit organization that supports organizations and initiatives that directly benefit education, healthcare, arts and children's programs.
